    Direction To Use

    • Prepare Workspace: Ensure your work area is clean and free from debris. Gather all necessary equipment and materials.
    • Measure Water: Measure 34ml of water per 100g of Kalabhai Labstone powder. Accurate measurement is crucial for optimal results.
    • Mixing: Gradually add the measured water to the Kalabhai Labstone powder while continuously mixing. Use a spatula or mixer to achieve a creamy consistency.
    • Mixing Time: Mix the water and powder for approximately 15 seconds or until homogenous. Avoid over-mixing, as this can affect the properties of the stone.
    • Pouring: Once mixed, pour the prepared Kalabhai Labstone into the impression or mold promptly. Ensure even distribution to capture all details accurately.
    • Setting Time: Allow the poured material to set undisturbed for 7-10 minutes. Avoid any unnecessary vibrations or movements during this time.
    • Demolding: After the setting time has elapsed, carefully demold the cast. Be gentle to avoid damaging delicate features.
    • Finishing: Once demolded, trim any excess material and finish the cast as needed for its intended purpose, whether it be for denture models, flasking procedures, or crown and bridge basing.
    • Curing: Allow the cast to fully cure according to the recommended timeframes before proceeding with further procedures.
